PLACING A PERSONALIZATION ORDER

We use laser engraving on the straps, so color will be as 3d effect of burned leather. We don't use paint or prints so there is no options for text color, however with laser carving your customization will be timeless during whole life of the strap! Front side is faced to the public, this side also has our small logo on the end (will appear on musician back while wearing correctly). Inner side - opposite, this side touches musician body and won't be visible to the public.

All items are made of genuine leather, which gets only better and more special every day. Manufactured of the popular genuine distressed leather, the strap is being produced by hand, carefully, with a thought on your comfort, so it would stay in an ideal condition for many years.

Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
